
Parts of Central America starting this weekend are advised for potential life-threatening flash flooding and mudslides, with tropical warnings and watches are issued in Nicaragua's Pacific Coasts, El Salvador, and Honduras. In a recent advisory, National Hurricane Center (NHC) said that tropical storm Julia would strengthen today.

However, forecasts have been monitoring the storm's development if it reaches hurricane level. Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Julia is forecasted not to impact the United States.

Residents would exhaust their air conditioning if the weather feels warm or with record-breaking heat to feel at ease. It said that the temperature in the Northern eastern would seem like November.
